Who We Are

CIMOGG is a group of people who have come together as "The Citizens Movement for Good Governance" and includes many eminent professionals from  various fields, some of whom have held high Judicial or Public office. They have no affiliation with any political party. Their only commitment is to to promote good governance, based on Democracy and the Rule of Law.

Our Credo

• Sovereign power belongs to the people, and is inalienable. It is placed in the hands of trustees elected by the people, to whom they are directly accountable. This applies equally to the Judiciary and the Executive, as it does to the Legislature

• Every citizen should be able to live with self-respect and dignity under the protection of the law, in a society in which the strength of the nation is measured by the well-being of its weakest citizen.
